Disclaimer: If we decide to host our server on version 1.8.9, we can still allow players with version 1.15.2 to play.
If we decide to host our server on version 1.15.2, newly introduced features, blocks and mobs will look odd to players in older versions. An example would be that bees look like flying squids in older versions.

Potentially make it the higher version and add backwards compatibility, so it allows users to connect from 1.8.x -> [version] -> [latest] (not needed)
